Most sports bars don’t open until the afternoon. And they will have on baseball, the NLCS starts at 5:07 California time.
Very few people in the US watch soccer, let alone a game from half-way around the world.
If I went to a pub in England on a fall Sunday, would I be able to watch the Philadelphia Eagles game there? It’s the same concept.

Go to North Beach (little Italy)… most Italian places have a tv showing the game. I know of one for sure on the corner of Stockton and Columbus, they have 2 big screens and show soccer games all the time

Lefty O’Douls on Geary at Powell shold do the trick. They have several screens and are open all day. The food isn’t half bad and the crowd is very friendly.
If you want to explore a bit more try Mad Dog In The Fog or Danny Coyle’s on Haight between Steiner and Scott. 2 Irish bars that support soccer.
